“LA LOCANDA DEL PORTO” LOYALTY PROGRAM By filling out the form with your details, you will join the Locanda del Porto loyalty plan, which will give you the opportunity to accumulate points to obtain fantastic prizes and participate in our promotions. RULES: FOR EVERY 1 EURO SPENT, YOU EARN 1 POINT THAT WILL BE ACCUMULATED ON YOUR VIRTUAL VIP CARD. When you activate your VIP Card, you will be credited with 100 points as a Welcome Bonus.

1. Recipients of the Vip Card: The Vip Card is intended exclusively for customers of the Locanda del Porto di Brindisi, hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”.

2. Objective of the Vip Card: The “Vip Card” aims to reward the Customer's loyalty, with a series of prizes and promotions reserved for him.

3. What is the Vip Card: The Vip Card is a virtual card that allows you to accumulate points every time you dine at Locanda del Porto. Signing up for the loyalty plan is completely free, upon entering your name and valid email address. Signing up can be done via the iPad provided to waiters at the restaurant. Failure to fill out the form or completing it incompletely will make it impossible to sign up for the loyalty plan. The Owner undertakes to communicate any changes to his/her data to the Issuer, personally or by email to info@lalocandadelporto.it. The data provided by the Owner will be processed by the Issuer in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data (Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 Privacy Code) as specified in the specific Information provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.

4. Use of the Vip Card: Registration and completion of the relevant form simultaneously activates the virtual Vip Card. The Virtual card is personal and to enjoy the related benefits it is necessary to declare its possession before paying your bill. The points balance will be sent periodically to the email address used for registration.

5. Validity and revocation of the Vip Card: The Vip Card does not expire but the Issuer reserves the right to cancel it at any time and without notice in the event of fraudulent or incorrect use or use that is harmful to the Issuer or in any case in the event of violation of this regulation. Revocation entails the cancellation of the membership to the loyalty plan and the cancellation of any benefits that may have been accumulated and not used.

6. Points management: The accumulated points allow the Holder to receive an advantage in terms of discounts on products made exclusively at La Locanda del Porto in Brindisi. Upon reaching the minimum threshold of points necessary to benefit from the discount, the Issuer reserves the right to also assign benefits other than discounts or price reductions as long as they have the same value. The Issuer also reserves the right to assign its loyal customers additional vouchers or extra points as benefits linked to ownership of the Vip Card. Upon activation of the Vip card, and only for having activated it, 100 (one hundred) points will be immediately credited as a welcome gift. For every 1 (one) euro spent, a number of points equal to 1 (one) will be credited to the virtual card which will be added, from time to time, to the points already acquired on the occasion of previous purchases. Failure to inform the cashier staff of possession of the virtual card before payment will not allow the accumulation of points, but it is still possible to enter the points (not beyond the 48 hours after consumption), using the form on our website.

7. Duration of the initiative and collection of prizes: There is currently no deadline

- Upon reaching 150 (one hundred and fifty) points, the customer will be entitled to a discount voucher of €10 (ten euros) to be spent on a dinner/lunch of equal or greater value or a La Locanda del Porto branded T-Shirt.

- Upon reaching 450 (four hundred and fifty) points, the customer will be entitled to a discount voucher worth €25 (twenty-five euros) to be spent on a dinner/lunch of equal or greater value or a La Locanda del Porto branded sweatshirt.

- Upon reaching 900 (nine hundred) points, the customer will be entitled to a dinner/lunch (free: a first course, a second course, a dessert and a drink of your choice). When paying the bill, you can request only 1 prize; you can use the remaining points to collect additional prizes on your next visit to the venue. By activating the La Locanda del Porto Vip Card, the conditions set out in this Regulation are considered accepted, the updated version of which will always be available on the Issuer's website www.lalocandadelporto.it and at the headquarters of the Issuing company.
